The Ihilani spa is a little pricey. Like the person above me, eat at Roy Yamaguchi's restaurant in the hotel complex, it's really good. You definitely need to go to the lagoons. There are several of them, each with their own charm. I would NOT go to Waianae or Makaha. They're really run-down areas, and not particularly safe for tourists. There is a luau on the property called Paradise Cove that runs nightly. There is also a walking path around the area. There is a golf course that is pretty popular, and there are several restaurants in the resort. Definitely try Roy's. The chef is famous. Have a great time! Not much night life. But don't leave valuables in your rental car (anywere on the island, for that matter).
